Returns and Exchanges

We try to bring you the products and service to meet your needs first time around, but understand that sometimes something just doesn't work for you. We want to make this as hassle free for you as possible, so a Return Authorization is not required, but we do appreciate reading and following our guidelines listed below. Please just package your return up (tags attached and in original packaging required), fill out and include the return form you received with your invoice, and send back to:

  • Full price merchandise is returnable for a refund to the original form of payment if received back within 14 days of shipment date, and returnable for store credit (that never expires, no worries... we'll always have lots of great, new stuff to choose from!) if received back within 30 days of shipment date.
  • Discounted merchandise (items that are purchased at a price between 51% and 99% of full retail value) is returnable for store credit if received within 30 days of shipment. 
  • Clearance merchandise purchased at 50% or less of full retail value is considered to be a final sale, and returns will not be accepted. We realize sizing can be hit-and-miss sometimes, so if we do have your size needed available we are happy to assist with an exchange for that same item in a different size.
  • Undergarments (this includes girls' bathing suits) are considered a final sale and are non-refundable.
  • Personalized items are considered a final sale and are non-refundable.
  • Shipping and/or Gift Wrapping fees are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Items purchased as a pre-order fall under our standard return policy, no worries!
  • If your original order qualified you for a promotion that you received and your return makes your order ineligible for that promotion, your return will reflect any changes. This includes free shipping, minimum purchase required discounts, a free gift (must be returned in original condition or you may keep for its value), or loyalty reward points debited. There is a little side door around this policy if you choose store credit in lieu of refund.
  • Returns will be processed within two weeks of receipt, but we try to keep up and complete within just a few business days.
