Shipping:

We try to ship via USPS Postal Service within 3 business days (but it'll likely go out same day if we can!), with larger parcels occasionally being sent via UPS. We pride ourselves on keeping our rates low, accurate, and reasonable. To show our appreciation, all domestic orders over $150 ship for free, and all International orders over $350 will also ship free!!

Domestic Shipping: Under $150 = $6.95 and orders $150 and up = FREE!!!

International Shipping: Under $50 = $15 $50-$125 = $20 $125-$250 = $30 and $350 and up = FREE!

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns for a refund on full price items are accepted if received within 14 days of order shipment. Returns arriving 15-30 days after the order will be for store credit, with no expiration. Items are not eligible for return after 30 days of the date the order was shipped. If free shipping was earned for your order and the return brings you below the free shipping minimum order amount your refund will be processed with the $6.95 shipping fee subtracted (same process for international returns).

Sale items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit. Once an item hits 50% off or more, it is considered FINAL SALE, although we are happy to exchange for size if available. Undergarments and swimsuits are also considered final sale.

Preorder Policy:

Pre-orders are offered to help you secure those must have pieces, or simply to just get shopping out of the way. We do require a 50% deposit on all orders. To utilize that option, please use the code pre50 to only be charged 50%, with the remaining 50% due upon shipment. If you'd like to pay in full that's fine as well! Orders are able to cancelled at any time. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipment for a refund, or 30 days of shipment for store credit. Please know that estimated delivery times are just that... an estimate. We wish we had more control over when they arrive... but as soon as they do we assure you they'll be sent on to you within 3 business days!
